The bottle is PET plastic, marked 1, and is accepted in kerbside recycling throughout New Zealand. Rinse and replace the cap before recycling.
The pump contains a metal spring and cannot be recycled. Keep it to reuse on your next bottle, or place it in the general waste bin.

How to use it.
After shampooing, one to two pumps into damp hair.
Work through the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the roots.
Leave for one to two minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Conditioner needs a moment to do anything. Work it through the mid-lengths and ends, leave it while you finish up, then rinse. Keep it away from the roots, where it weighs hair down rather than helping it.
