Returns

We want you to be considered in your purchase and confident in what arrives. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Your right to withdraw

Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. Our 30-day window applies to everyone and meets or exceeds this right. To exercise it, use the "Return items" option on your order confirmation, or contact us at hello@mickyday.com with your name and order number.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and in resaleable condition. Opening the packaging to inspect a product does not affect your eligibility.

We require proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

How to return

Begin your return through the "Return items" link on your order confirmation, or email hello@mickyday.com with your name and order number. Once your request is received, we will confirm by email and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

For EU withdrawals made within the statutory period, the refund includes the original standard delivery cost, in line with your rights under EU consumer law.

Return shipping

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For higher-value returns, we recommend a tracked service, as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us at hello@mickyday.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
